Delivery and Returns

EU & International Customers

Unfortunately due to the new GSPR law issued by the EU, we're currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland. We're looking into this situation and hope we can resolve this issue ASAP. However at present we're unable to fulfil the criteria required by the new legislation i.e. covering the cost of appointing an economic operator based within the EU. 

Many apologies for any disappointment this may bring, we'll update this page if/when the situation changes. 

Delivery

As all of our products are handmade and hand painted, it may take up to 28 days for your order to be dispatched. If we have the product in stock then we'll dispatch your order within three days. Postage and packaging are not included and will be charged depending on size of order and item. All orders will usually be sent via Royal Mail.

Returns

Faulty or damaged goods

All products are wrapped thoroughly with bubble wrap and packed securely. However if any of your products arrive faulty or damaged then please contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Unwanted Items

If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of it being delivered and we will arrange for you to return it. Unfortunately we do not offer free of charge returns for unwanted items.
